    This program allowed me to wrap my head around the role, both positive and negative, that stress plays in my life. The on-demand videos were informational and allowed me to work on my schedule while the once a week group calls provided an effective sounding board and support for the process.

    The Stress Less program was my first programmatic experience with unpacking my personal patterns with managing stress. The experience was surprisingly easy to navigate and move through as the guidance and content is served up in small doses that can be easily accessed and incorporated into your day. The videos and visuals were spot on for providing relative application of the concepts. I expanded my vocabulary and adventured into self exploration with how and when I proactively engage on managing stress factors in a day. This program is ideal for busy schedules and those who are ready to take their health and well being to the next level.

    The biggest takeaway from this program was realizing that I can’t control everything. And just being more aware. You might not think you’re stressed but you are. Realizing what is stress and what is not stress. And what is good stress and what is bad. I think it did shift my understanding of my stress. I attended the weekly discussion because I wanted to see what other people said. I wanted to know what stresses other people and how they handle those stresses.

    I enjoyed it more than I anticipated. I’m more cognizant of my stress in general now, and that’s been good. I valued the discussion calls because it was helpful to hear how other people deal with stress, as well as getting to verbalize my own experience.
